Data & Workflow Integration Specialist

The primary function of the Data & Workflow Integration Specialist is to design and manage automated workflows that efficiently transfer customer data into an active production environment.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in BCC Mail Manager Architect, Quadient Inspire, and relational database management. They should demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production facility.

This position will require working closely with in-house and third-party service providers to develop and execute production workflows. Additionally, the role will involve on-site support for data management, networking, and IT functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Build and automate Quadient Inspire workflows to create and manage variable data-driven documents.

✅ Process and standardize mailing lists using BCC Mail Manager Architect to optimize postal rates and delivery accuracy. In addition, generate postal and mail management documentation as well as various mail tracking reports.

✅ Manage data to ensure accurate and efficient document creation.

✅ Develop and implement variable document workflow templates for both print and digital output.

✅ Extract, transform, and load data from databases to support production workflows.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to document composition and mailing software.

✅ Collaborate with IT, data teams, and production staff to streamline and optimize workflow processes.

✅ Provide general IT support and system troubleshooting as needed.

✅ Proficient in data management and variable document creation.

✅ Skilled in Windows and Office 365, with strong Excel capabilities for data handling.

✅ Understanding of postal regulations and mailing best practices.

Additional Qualifications & Skills

  • Experienced with SQL or other relational databases.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Knowledgeable in server environments and workstation troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with additional print/mail software solutions.
  • Exposure to C# and .NET or other scripting languages for automation.
