Mass Marketing vs Personalized Marketing

Many consumers are aware that their online shopping and click-throughs are tracked by the company’s website that they’re browsing — whether it’s huge online retailers, like Amazon, or smaller, local companies, many brands are realizing the importance of tracking preferences and offering relevant products and services for their customers and potential customers.

The infographic, below, shows that many consumers are aware that their online behavior is being tracked and most don’t have a problem with it as long as it leads to better (more relevant) offers for them to use.

Personalized marketing — both in digital and print form — not only reduces a brand’s overall marketing costs, as fewer messages need to be sent out, but it also creates stronger relationships between your brand and your potential consumers.  Check out the infographic below to find out more stats regarding the value of personalized marketing.
