Role Overview
As our Account Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior staff in the execution of high- impact client projects. You’ll help keep timelines on track, ensure communication is clear, and assist in delivering exceptional results across a wide range of print, promo, and event branding jobs.
This is an in-person role based in our Manhattan office. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to grow within a creative, production-driven agency.

Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support Account Managers and senior staff with day-to-day project needs from kickoff, budgeting (excel), job ticketing, timeline management through delivery and invoice
- Client Communication: Help track requests, send updates, and gather approvals
- Timeline Management: Maintain production schedules and make sure all parts are moving
- Asset Organization: Route artwork, proofs, and specs between teams and vendors
- Vendor Support: Assist with confirming production specs, timelines, and delivery Responsible for creating Purchase Orders and leading vendor communications without prompting
- Meeting Prep & Follow-Up: Take notes, log action items, and help keep tasks moving
- Proofing & QC: Review deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues quickly and communicate clearly with the team
Qualifications
- 2–3 years experience in account support, project coordination, or client services (experience in promo, print, creative, or events a big plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project tracking tools a plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven office environment
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
