Customer Service / Production Planner

While the core of this role is as a Customer Service Representative/Production planner—ensuring exceptional client service and keeping jobs moving through production—we expect you to contribute in a broader capacity.

• Managing a portfolio of customers – As you get integrated into our operation and learn our systems and how we do things you will manage a portfolio of specific customers assigned to one or more salespeople. You will be responsible for coordinating projects with estimating, and then through our production system and team to assure customers expectations and deadlines are met.  In addition to communicating with our sales team you will be expected to manage communications directly with customers.
• Coordinating scheduling to help maintain efficient production flow. As you grow accustomed to how we currently schedule and produce work, in addition to daily job and customer specific responsibilities you will have the opportunity to help improve how we use our systems to track projects and manage communication as we grow and improve our technology stack and strive to improve our best practices for daily operations.
• Collaborating with our prepress and service teams—you will work alongside ownership and external implementation partners—to support short- and long-term automation goals and initiatives using current and future systems.
• Leverage your Experience – with our expected growth in particular verticals we will rely on your experience to improve and augment our current capacity and process such that we can accommodate a larger volume and expanded portfolio of customers and types of work.
• Contributing to go-to market strategies, helping us identify and capitalize on opportunities for deeper penetration and growth within key verticals.

You will have visibility into several key operational areas, making the role both impactful and engaging.
