Results are now available for the 2015 Wage & Benefit Survey.  Thanks to the 66 PIA members who took the time to complete the survey and provide their data.  Over 600 companies nationwide participated in this year’s survey, including compensation reporting of over 19,000 employees.  A free copy of the results was provided to all survey participants.

The survey results include compensation data on 41 management/administrative positions and over 75 production positions.  The human resource policies and benefits section includes statistics on policies and practices including overtime, shift differential, sick day and PTO policies as well as holidays and health and other insurance benefits.
